Yes. Your vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group. We do not combine unrelated customers.

Send your preferred experience and date. FPB checks availability manually and aims to reply within 24 hours. Selecting a date does not guarantee a reservation.

After FPB confirms availability, a 20% deposit is required. Payment instructions remain valid for 48 hours. The booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received.

The remaining 80% is paid on the service day to the operator providing the service, by cash or card.

For cancellation at least 48 hours before the service, the 20% deposit is refundable. With less than 48 hours or in case of no-show, the deposit is forfeited; the remaining 80% is not charged.

One free date change is permitted when requested at least 24 hours before the service. The new date remains subject to availability.

Standard tours accommodate up to seven guests, subject to the assigned vehicle. Babies and children count toward legal vehicle capacity.

Yes. Within the total tour duration, you decide how to distribute your time between the scheduled stops.

Pickup and drop-off are included within the Funchal area and Funchal Cruise Port. Other locations are subject to availability and an agreed additional price. The standard waiting tolerance is 15 minutes.

A different drop-off point may be requested when it is operationally compatible with or on the route.

No. Meals, drinks, water, entrance tickets, cable cars, activities and personal expenses are not included.

Appropriate ISOFIX child seats are available free of charge upon advance request, from approximately six months. Please provide the child’s age.

The Mercedes V250 2026 has a ramp and allows a passenger to remain seated in their wheelchair. Advance request and vehicle availability apply. Not every stop is wheelchair accessible.

A particular driver or vehicle cannot normally be guaranteed. Assignment depends on availability, group size, language and accessibility needs.

Portuguese and English are normally available. German, French and Spanish depend on driver availability.

Weather and visibility cannot be guaranteed. Poor visibility alone does not automatically cancel a safely accessible service. Reasonable route, location or timing alternatives may be proposed.

No. Published tour prices are per private vehicle, not per person.

Extra time costs €30 per vehicle/hour and is subject to driver availability.

No. This is transport only. Guests walk independently and remain responsible for their physical condition, equipment and official safety information.
